I find the clip I want in the movie, shorten in down to just that in Windows Movie Maker, save it, convert it to an AVI file in Prism Video File Converter, go to Adobe Photoshop, File—> Import—>Video Frames to Layers—> Pick a clip you want—> From beginning to End—>OK,  then edit it a little, File—> Save for Web and Devices —>Preview—> Save and you’re done!
